Iowa City's Black Angel 3

So this is and Angel that I have heard about since I was a kid. It is supposed to be haunted, and according to the kids was pitch black with red eyes... ass you can see that is not the case. It looks to be made of copper and looks like some people have scratched at it some.

In some of the photos you might see that someone has put a cupcake on her left hand.
